Things we are particularly keen to hear about:
- Bugs — anything that does not work, however small
- Wrong data — if our planting calendar says something dud for your zone, tell us specifically
- Missing crops — what we should add
- Pest reports — if your zone is having an outbreak we should warn others about
We aim to reply within two working days.
Refunds and cancellations
Same email, but include “refund” or “cancel” in the subject line. We will action it within one working day.
Where we are
Dayboro, Queensland 4521. We do not have a public office (it is a small house with a veg patch out the back). All correspondence is by email.
