Where are you?
Your postcode places you in one of Australia’s climate zones, and the zone decides what can go in the ground this month. What thrives in Cairns sulks in Hobart.
How much room?
A few pots, one small bed or plenty of space. The list only suggests what genuinely fits, so nothing ends up bursting out of the spot you gave it.
How much sun?
Full sun, about half a day, or mostly shade. Be honest here. Plants do not negotiate with shade, so the list works with the light the spot really gets.
